Marketing Programs Associate

Location: Bay Area, Nor Cal

Position Summary

This professional will be responsible for developing and managing marketing programs and campaigns to build awareness, create interest and generate leads . This position will work with other functional teams and drive initiatives that convert inbound leads to sales-ready leads, and accelerate existing opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

This individual must be a rock solid project and program manager results-driven by gathering and reporting on program metrics to monitor, analyze and apply best practices to maximize campaign ROI. The selected candidate must be self-directed, collaborate well with colleagues, have initiative and critical thinking skills, dive into the details to get things done, and have a can do attitude, with the ability to manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Define and implement direct marketing campaigns: identify the most effective messaging, value proposition, channels and calls to action.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing programs including webinars, email marketing and related programs.
  • Manage webinar programs, including assisting with content, writing blog post/press release, running webinar and working with WebEx, coordinating meetings with presenters, setting up polls, formatting slide deck with help from presenter. This is approximately 40% of the job.
  • Spearhead concept and creative development and execution of campaign materials.
  • Coordinate and manage the webinar programs.
  • Track campaigns and report metrics as well as overall ROI to the internal stakeholders – Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Manage teams and project timelines to successfully collaborate cross functional to deliver quality work on time.
  • Build customer relationships and support customer marketing efforts to improve retention and upsell, as well as leverage in prospecting programs – approximately 25% of the job.
  • Drive acceleration of customer success stories– including working with 3rd party vendors to assist.
  • Manage website presence for press, blogs, webinars and customer marketing and stories.
  • Ensure PR agency has priorities that align with campaign and program priorities. – approx 10%

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing. Direct experience in marketing campaign management strongly desired.
  • Highly self-motivated individual who enjoys working under limited supervision
  • Must be a rock solid project and program manager
  • 15% travel
  • Desire experience setting up webinars and speaking on webinars as a facilitator and/or presenter
  • Tenacious problem solver with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed. Strong drive to action and results orientation
  • Strong written, editing, proofreading and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work with varied groups including executive management, customers, media, and internal teams
  • Demonstrated lead generation results that translated into sales revenue
  • Ability to effectively operate and produce results in a start-up environment
  • Understanding of how to leverage technology in marketing processes, including marketing automation, Salesforce and similar tools
  • Some experience with WordPress is a plus to edit website, post blogs and press releases.

Account Manager/Director

Description

GrowthFusion, Inc., a leading marketing automation consulting and services firm, is looking for an Account Manager/Director to join our client services team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent client relations, account management skills, and have experience with marketing automation systems, along with online marketing and demand generation experience. This is a contract role based in Sunnyvale.

As an Account Manager/Director, you will have a direct impact on the success of our clients. This person will be responsible for working directly with GrowthFusion clients and our internal teams to help plan our client’s deployment of marketing automation systems, ongoing adoption, and related initiatives.

The Account Manager/Director will also be responsible for identifying new business development initiatives among your assigned accounts, developing comprehensive account plans, and managing to the client’s budget.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take a proactive account management approach to maintain outstanding client relationships
  • Identify and scope new projects within your named accounts
  • Coordinate project plans and deliverables with GrowthFusion’s professional services team
  • Develop comprehensive account plans, identifying budgets, and scoping key initiatives
  • Recommend on-going best practices around demand generation, campaign execution, and ways for our clients to better leverage marketing automation to achieve their goals
  • Serve as a marketing automation coach and trusted advisor to your clients
  • Maintain expertise in marketing automation systems, demand generation strategies, and CRM
  • Develop relationships with primary contacts and senior management within named accounts
  • Help identify and define new services for clients that GrowthFusion should offer
  • Provide prompt, courteous service to all Clients via email, phone, and in-person
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to client issues for effective and timely resolution

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in a B2B demand generation role
  • 4+ years account / project management experience (previous agency / consulting / client-service experience a plus)
  • 1+ years of experience with Marketing Automation Systems, preferably Marketo
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
  • Exceptional project and time management skills in an environment where you will manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal, written and client relationship skills
  • Must be a quick learner, self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to problem solve and capture detailed requirements
  • Great organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong listening skills with ability to identify needs of clients
  • Ability to take a project from start to finish while meeting deadlines

Marketing Operations Specialist

GrowthFusion is looking for a personable, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for delivering highly effective demand generation, lead management, and integrated marketing initiatives including email, content syndication, SEM and lead nurturing for a select group of clients. The person will also be responsible for ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. This is a contract role based in Sunnyvale.

The Job

  • Create marketing programs within Marketo and Eloqua. Manage lead scoring and lead nurturing programs to maximize conversions.
  • Create and optimize email marketing and landing pages; test messages, segmentation, copy, etc.
  • Continually test marketing program elements and create a knowledge base for high performance marketing.
  • Partner with client to measure pipeline development and productivity goals; use data to recommend optimization of lead development process and content.
  • Maintaining the marketing campaign calendar as a system for ensuring prioritization of campaigns.
  • Manage marketing workflows and coordinate with client to ensure that campaigns deadlines are met.
  • Measure all web marketing activities and make data-driven recommendations to continuously improve program performance.
  • Cultivate existing client relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Drive the growth of the company through the development and establishment of successful and highly satisfied client relationships.
  • Market the GrowthFusion brand via multiple channels including SEM, SEO, Twitter etc.

About You

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • 3+ years demand generation and marketing operations experience.
  • Marketo or Eloqua experience a big plus.
  • Experience with some of the following tools: Salesforce.com, Pardot, HubSpot, Vertical Response, Constant Contact or Exact Target.
  • Familiarity with Adobe CS Suite, PhotoShop a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and work effectively with client and internal team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
